シーザー・サラダシーザー・サラダ 【材料】(5-6 adults) 1 head Romaine lettuce (or think 1.5 leaves/person) 1/2 clove garlic, grated (do not do ahead of time) 2-3 tsp anchovy paste 1-2 Tbsp mayonnaise (this replaces the raw egg yolk=safer) 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/8 cup olive oil (or add more later) Juice of 1/2 to a whole lemon dash Tabasco sauce dash Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce salt & pepper 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1/2 cup croutons 【調理法】 1. Wash the lettuce and chop or tear by hand into large bite-size pieces. You can do this an hour ahead and chill until ready. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk in order: anchovy paste, grated garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and do a taste test. You may want to add either more lemon juice or oil for taste or volume. 3. Toss the dressing with the chilled lettuce leaves, and add the croutons, parmesan cheese, and fresh ground black pepper to finish. 4. Serve immediately. HOME |
